HA328 ESTER SUBSTITUTED AMINOALKANOYLUREIDO AMINO AND IMINO ACID AND ESTER COMPOUNDS New compounds are disclosed having the formula wherein R1, R2, R3 and X are as defined herein. These compounds are useful as hypotensive agents due to their angiotensin converting enzyme inhibition activity and depending upon the definition of X may also be useful as analgesics due to their enkephalinase inhibition activity.
