<p>PURPOSE:To perform injection molding of parison in accordance with preset thickness ratios of layers each, by a method wherein target amount of rise of each plunger is operated through a detected value of a flow detector, a difference between the target amount of rise and measured amount of rise of the each plunger is operated and the amount of rise of the each plunger is controlled based on an operated value. CONSTITUTION:Amounts oil forcing-in of materials 1, 2 to be pressed into chambers 5, 6 are detected with flow detectors 14, 15 by actuating extruding machines 3, 4 and measured amounts of rise of plungers 8, 9 following the forcing-in of the materials 1, 2 are detected by amount of rise detectors 18, 19. The amounts of forcing-in of the materials 1, 2 detected by flow detectors 14, 15 are operated and converted into target amounts of rise of the plungers 8, 9 to the amounts of the forcing-in of the materials 1, 2 by operating units 20, 21 and differences among the target amounts of rise of the plungers 8, 9 and the measured amounts of rise of the plungers 8, 9 are operated by subtractors 22, 23. Controllers 26, 27 control in order control valves 24, 25 supplying hydraulic liquid to cylinders 16, 17 according to operated values of the subtractors 22, 23 so that the measured amounts of rise of the plungers 8, 9 coincide with the target amounts of rise of them. Injection molding of parison 7 is performed by lowering the plungers 8, 9 at a time.</p> |
