PURPOSE:To secure the titled device and to improve maintenability and economization, by covering a cathode-ray tube except its bulb face and the control circuit of the cathode-ray tube with an elastic insulating material, and supporting the cathode-ray tube and control circuit freely detachably. CONSTITUTION:A cathode-ray tube cover 14 is formed by using the elastic insulating material, such as rubber and plastic, which is tolerant to an impact as the base. Consequently, even if a motorcar fitted with the cathode-ray tube 15 collides, the high voltage part of the cathode-ray tube 15 is prevented from contacting the deformed car body 11 to prevent persons on the motorcar from getting an electric shock, and when the cathode-ray tube 15 implodes in case of the collosion, a scatter of glass pieces is reduced. Further, the control circuit 19 and cathode-ray tube 15 are supported detachably and if one of them is broken, only the broken parts are only replaced, improving the maintenability and economization. |
