摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To optimally control by computing the necessary time for the setting calculation of the outlet side installation of the line and for the setting operation and performing this setting calculation based on the line data on this side from the outlet side installation of the line by the line traveling distance in said necessary time. CONSTITUTION:A notation t1 is denoted as the timing when the point A on a strip 1 passes through the 1st stand 3, t2 is denoted as the timing when the point A passes through the last position just in time for starting the setting calculation and t3 is denoted as the timing when the point A arrives on the outlet side installation 6. T1 is the time between t1 and t3 and obtained by dividing the distance to the outlet side installation 6 of the line by the traveling speed of the strip. The time T2 required for the setting calculation and setting operation is obtained by a equation using primary smoothing, learning for each steel sort of the strip and path schedule respectively. T3 is the time subtracting T2 from T1 and at the time t2 after the time T3, the setting calculation is started. By this method, the setting calculation of line outlet side installation is performed using the latest data to optimally control.</p>
