PURPOSE: To manufacture a closure by the injection molding of a synthetic resin without using an ejector plate by obliquely extending a side wall part of a lower part of a closure with a hinge, to a basic face of a lower part of the closure, and extending a discharge spout which penetrates a cover surface, in parallel to the side wall part. CONSTITUTION: A conical shaft center K is vertically extended at a center of a circular basic face 6, a covering surface 10 is obliquely extended to the conical shaft center K, and the covering surface 10 is vertically extended to a side wall part 11' within a range of a hinge 3. A part 14 located on an upper side of the covering surface 10 of a discharging spout 13 has a diameter larger than a part 15 located at a lower side, and a notched opening 17 is formed in the transition range 16 of the upper and lower parts 14, 15. To facilitate opening of the closure, a grasp recessed part 26 is formed at a side opposite to the hinge 3, and a wall part 27 at a side opposite to the hinge 3 of a cap 2 is extended in parallel with the wall part 11' of the lower part 1 of the closure in the range of the hinge 3. By injection molding the covering surface 10 in the dies S1 , S2 in such manner that it is horizontally positioned, the closure can be injection molded in the die in the assembled state. |
