<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of assembling processes and to achieve cost reduction, by forming a plurality of electrodes to a substrate integrally and fixing a sensor to a fluid passage to respectively separate said electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 11-13 and electrode leads 11a, 12a, 13a, 13b are provided to a substrate 10a integrally molded from brass so as to bond the electrodes 11-13 to the bonding part of said substrate. Eliminated parts for arranging a heat generator 2 and a temp. detection resistor 4 are formed to the substrate 10a and respectively fixed to the electrode leads 11a, 13a and 12a, 13b by soldering. Next, a grommet 15 is fixed to the substrate 10a so as to expose the electrodes 11-13 and the bonding part and the resistors 2, 4 are further arranged in a suction pipe 14 by the grommet 15. Thereafter, the bonding part of the substrate 10a is separated and cut so as not to bring the electrodes 11-13 to an electrically continuity state.</p> |
