<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the process for forming light shielding parts by forming colored resin layers on a transparent substrate while resist layers at the time of patterning transparent electrodes by photoetching are made to remain. CONSTITUTION:The transparent electrodes 4 are patterned by photoetching on the transparent substrate constituted of a glass substrate 1, a color filter layer 2 and an overcoating layer 3. The colored resin layers 6 are then formed on the substrate while the resist layers 5 are made to remain on the substrate. Finally the resist layers 5 and the colored resin layers 6 on the resist layers 6 are simultaneously stripped, by which the colored resin layers 6 are selectively made to remain between the red, green and blue colors of the color filters. The light shielding parts between the red, green and blue colors of the color filters are thereby easily formed and the light shielding parts are inexpensively formed.</p> |
