<p>PURPOSE:To prepare resin molded article without deterioration in mechanical strength of a resin molded article and additionally injuring the smoothness and color tone of the surface by adding ferromagnetic filler having conductivity into resin, effecting magnetism on said resin under a specified condition and gathering ferromagnetic filler having conductivity in layers. CONSTITUTION:Resin 4 containing ferromagnetic filler having conductivity is injected from an injection nozzle 1 into a mold. When heated heat medium oil is passed through a pipe 6 installed in the mold and the mold is kept at a temperature exceeding the softening point for a fixed time, a conductive layer 5 where ferromagnetic filler making a magnetic field is concentrated in density is provided. Then, the mold is cooled to take out a resin molded article. Conductive layers can be provided by controlling the strength of the respective magnetic field not only to the surface layer but also the neighborhood of the center portion.</p> |
