S042 , lactate or acetate , D) 70 to 99.3% by weight of water and E) O to 24% by weight of conventional cosmetic additives, m+n being greater than or equal to 29 (m+n?29), A/B is between 0.1 and 3, C/A+B is 0.05 to 0.5 and the proportion by weight of the additives is not greater than the sum oF A+B+C.</p> |
