<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electric component in which peeling strength of leads is improved by coupling 180 deg.-bent leads in close contact outside and inside the ends of both electrode faces of the component element. CONSTITUTION:Two leads 5a, 5b cross each other at the center of both elec trode faces of an electric component element 4 having electrode faces on both front and rear faces, bent at 180 deg. at the outside of the end of both electrode faces, extended to the inside of the end of both the electrode faces, again bent at 180 deg., linearly extended to the downward of the element 4, and brought into close contact with both the electrode faces to be coupled. For example, leads 5a, 5b made of CP wirings having 0.5mm of diameter and bent as shown are coupled by eutectic point solders 6a, 6b to superposed electrodes of Ni-Cu pro vided on both the front and rear faces of a BaTiO3 positive temperature coeffi cient thermistor element 4.</p> |
