PURPOSE:To obtain a chlorella rich in vitamin B12 in a short time in high efficiency, by adding vitamin B12 to culture liquid for chlorella culture or chlorella suspension produced by the culture, thereby absorbing and accumulating the vitamin B12 in the chlorella. CONSTITUTION:Vitamin B12 is added to a culture liquid for the culture of chlo rella by conventional method or chlorella suspension produced by the culture at a proper amount, e.g., 0.5-200mug/l. |
