CONSTITUTION:When the fixing position of a limit switch is shifted and the turning angle of a lever and the stroke of an operation piece 20 are reduced exceeding an adequate scope in the passage of a substance, the contact output cannot be acquired from a switch SW 1. As a result, after a counter 43 is reset, and when the switch output is OFF, and no comparison output is given to a comparator 47 from a starting detector 46, the counted value of the counter 43 and the output of a data output member 48 are not coincident. Consequently, as well as a warning LED 29 is lighted from the comparison output, the output of the position slippage detection is picked up through a transistor Tr 2. This signal reports the position slippage to the outside through the limit switch main body.
