When plural terminal equipments are connected, respective telephone number is called, and the ID code is set sequentially on each terminal equipment by repeating the above operation. Thus, since the ID code can be set on individual terminal equipment from the ID code setting device of a host computer, the constitution of the terminal equipment can be simplified, and also, the setting operation can be simplified. |
