PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the titled mechanism by forming a motor rotor shaft hollow, providing a servo shaft drive shaft through the hollow part connected by threading, and converting the rotation of the rotor shaft into the linear motion of the drive shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rotor shaft 7 of a rotor 4 of an operating motor 1 is formed hollow, and a female screw 8 is provided on its inner surface, while a rotor coil 9 is installed on the outer side of the shaft. A servo drive shaft 12 is connected with a servo shaft 10 through a connecting bolt 11, and a male screw 13 is provided at the drive shaft 12, which is inserted into the rotor shaft 7, where the female screw 8 is connected with the male screw 13. The servo drive shaft 12 is thus moved to reciprocate linearly in the axial direction corresponding to the rotation direction of the rotor shaft 7. In this constitution, need of gears is eliminated, noise is prevented, production becomes easy, and the size can be smaller. |
