PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a position sensor by loading a position sensor housing on a mounting fixed plate with the housing assembled on a fan-type elastic plate, thereby absorbing the displacement of the housing in the direction of thrust due to the lifting of a runner during the time of rotating a driving shaft, and preventing the looseness due to the radial displacement. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor rotates, the displacement of a runner 10 in the direction of thrust by a dynamic pressure bearing 8 is transmitted to a position sensor housing 32 through a driving shaft 16, while the displacement in the direction of thrust is absorbed by a fan-type elastic plate 62 consisting of an elastic body. The looseness due to the radial displacement of the runner caused by the rotation of the driving shaft 16 is also blocked by a mounting fixed plate 65 fixing an arm member 64 of the fan-type elastic plate 62 and a supporting bar of the mounting fixed plate 65. As a result, the accuracy of a position sensor incorporated in the position sensor housing 32 can be improved, and the mounting operation of the position sensor housing 32 can thus be simplified. |
