PURPOSE:To obtain the subject blend spun yarn capable of imparting woolly excellent bulkiness, resiliency, feeling, etc., by joining many layers of an acrylic polymers having different copolymerization compositions and using the resultant acrylic conjugate fiber with different numbers of produced crimps. CONSTITUTION:The objective blend spun yarn consisting of (A) an acrylic conjugate fiber, obtained by, e.g., forming a multilayered conjugate structure in which two or more kinds of acrylic polymers having different copolymerization compositions are asymmetrically joined in two or more layers in the fiber axis direction and having 7-15% shrinkage factor of producing crimps, 5-20mg/d stress of producing crimps and different numbers of produced crimps and (B) 10-60wt.% (in the total spun yarn) acrylic highly shrinkable single-component fiber. |
