<p>PURPOSE:To obtain and use an amount memory card without preparing cash by judging the propriety of amount information written by means of a writing means based on an ID card reading result with a reading means, and storing issueing information in the memory part of the identification card at every card issueing when the card is effective. CONSTITUTION:A control part 3 reads the user identifying code from an ID card 1, retrieves the information of a memory 4, and when certain conditions are satisfied, the issue of the card is permitted. By a permitting decision, an unwritten card is sent to a writing part 6 by a delivering part 5, the amount and the issueing date, etc., set beforehand are written into the magnetic card, and a transfer part 7 extracts a writing card 13. The control part 3 updates a memory 8 simultaneously with the writing. The memory 8 is written through a driver 9 to a floppy disk 10 under the control of the control part 3 by the operation of an issue user. The disk 10 is processed by a different computer, and bills classified by the users during a certain period are printed. The user pays purchased for the magnetic card 13 later.</p> |
