<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminating member having excellent surface physical properties and free gloss by heating to press-bond a transfer sheet formed by laminating a peeling layer, a protective layer and a picture pattern layer on a base on the surface of a specific moldable film, then peeling the base and the peeling layer, and providing an adhesive layer on the rear face of the film. CONSTITUTION:A transfer foil is formed by forming peeling layer 2 by coating a base 1 made of a polyethylene terephthalate film with a peeling agent made by adding a peeling adjustor to acrylic resin, coating it with ultraviolet ray curable resin, irradiating it with an ultraviolet ray to form a transparent protective layer 3 of semicured state, and further printing an arbitrary picture pattern to form a printing layer 4. Then, a moldable film 5 having 50 deg.C or higher of softening temperature and 100-200mum of thickness such as nonplastic polyvinyl chloride sheet is heated to be press-bonded to the layer 4 of the foil thereby to transfer the transparent protective layer, the layer 2 is peeled, and a laminated adhesive layer coats the sheet to be molded, thereby manufacturing a laminating member.</p> |
