<p>PURPOSE:To improve the strength and durability and cost by fitting an integrated steel pipe combined with two half-cut steel pipe bodies on the outer periphery of a pipe to be buried by the use of guide rings, and filling a filled hardening material in a cavities between them. CONSTITUTION:Guide rings 9a, 9b of hinge-held type are juxtaposed, which rings have rolling wheels 10a-10c rotatable vertically and laterally and steel support plates 11a, 11b in specified intervals, in a pipe 8 to be buried exposing the whole periphery in a specified interval after earth is excavated. Next, by utilizing the sliding of two half-cut steel pipe bodies having larger diameters than that of the pipe 8, they are positioned at the upper and lower sides so as to cover the pipe 8, and the half-bodies are welded to form an integrated steel pipe P. Then, after a spacer is interposed between the pipe 8 and the pipe P, the guide rings 9a, 9b are removed, and it is back filled after a cement hardening member is filled in the cavity between both pipes 8, P.</p> |
