PURPOSE:To obtain a reading device having few keys, being highly reliable and enabling the input of originally-stored informations in an electronic weighing machine by one operation of key depression, by providing a reading means of displaying an originally-stored information on a commodity, etc. and furnishing a weighing device with the information by the depression of any key of a ten key, and making the ten key employable as an article name key. CONSTITUTION:A read out mode setting means 31 and a reading means 32 are incorporated as programs in CPU3, and a keyboard 1 and a memory 2 are controlled thereby in the following way. The setting means 31 is operated by depressing any one of key of a function keys 12 of the keyboard 1 which are not employed in an ordinary weighing operation, and thereby the reading of the reading means 32 by a ten key 11 is enabled. When any key of the ten key 11 corresponding to each commodity is depressed after a state wherein an originally-stored information can be read is set, the originally-stored information on the commodity corresponding to the depressed key is read out from the memory 2 and inputted in an electronic weighing machine A from CPU3. A reading operation can be repeated, originally-stored informations on commodities can be read out by depressing successively the keys of the ten key 11 each corresponding to a desired commodity, and thus a plurality of different commodities can be computed in succession. |
