PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance of a lining member by composing the lining member of aramid fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene resin, flaky graphite and phenol resin. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic drive motor is formed of a stator 1 and a rotor 2. The stator 1 is composed of a piezoelectric unit 3 to become an exciter and a driver adhering thereto. Electric fields of '+' and '-' are applied to the unit 3 to vibrate a vibration amplifier 5 of a protrusion formed at the maximum deformed part of a driver 4, and the rotor 2 is driven through a lining material 9 provided at the top of the driver 4. ln this case, the material 9 is composed of 10-40wt.% of aramid fiber, 5-40wt.% of polytetrafluoroethylene resin, 1-10wt.% of flaky graphite, and 20-70wt.% of phenol resin. Thus, its wear resistance is improved. |
