摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a large size matrix type image display device from which crosstalks on the display generates when delay time of propagation increases by the effect of distribution resistance and wiring capacity, and to obtain a process for producing said image display device by constituting a wiring for feeding an electric voltage to each display cell on a high temp. superconducting material. CONSTITUTION:In an equivalent circuit wherein scanning lines or signal lines of a display device are simplified, the circuit is, for example, constituted of each one ladder- type network consisting of a resistance and a capacitor for each one scanning line, so a delay is generated in an input pulse applied to an input terminal before the pulse is propagated to an end of the wiring producing an unsharp wave shape. The delay increases as a size of image is larger. Thus, a superconducting wirings 14, 16 are formed by executing patterning in a row direction or line direction after forming a superconducting film on a substrate 11 and 12 using a high temp. superconducting material as target. By this method, a pulse applied to an input terminal can arrive at an end of a wiring without generating delay of propagation nor strain in the wave shape. Thus, a correct signal voltage is written also in a display cell at the end of the wiring.</p>
