PURPOSE:To obtain the electrophotographic sensitive body which is excellent in both sensitivity and durability by incorporating a specific hydrazone compd. into a charge transfer layer. CONSTITUTION:The hydrazone compd. expressed by formula I is incorporated into the charge transfer layer. In formula, R1, R2, R11, R12 denote a hydrogen atom. or any of a straight chain or branched alkyl group which may be the same or different an aryl group, which may be substd., etc., or R1 and R2 and/or R11 and R12 form a carbon ring or ring contg. a hetero atom. together with adjacent carbon rings. R3-R10 and R13, R14 may be the same or different and denote a hydrogen atom. or any of a straight or branched alkyl group which may be substd., an aryl group, aralkyl group which may be substd., or heterocyclic group.
