<p>PURPOSE:To correct the deviation of time base of a regenerating luminance signal with a simple constitution by correcting the time base of the regenerating luminance signal by using a phase difference signal in a chrominance signal regenerating system. CONSTITUTION:A phase difference signal CER outputted from the automatic phase control circuit 10 of the chrominance signal regerenating system is inputted to a phase correction circuit 115, and the phase of the signal CER is corrected therein, and the signal is inputted to a synchronizing amplifier 26 to correct the rotational phase and the rotational speed of a drum motor 25. To the amplifier 26, a signal representing the frequency difference between a signal showing the rotational speed of the motor 25 and a reference signal from a servo reference signal generator 28 as well as a signal representing the phase difference between two signals is inputted through a speed comparator 30 and a phase comparator 31, and by the signal representing the frequency difference through a driving circuit 32, the rotational speed of the motor 25 is controlled to be the reference speed. Also, the signal representing the rotational phase difference is impressed to the circuit 32 through the circuit 32 in order to control the rotational phase of the motor 25 at the reference phase.</p> |
