<p>PURPOSE:To improve optical characteristics and quality by forming patterned coloring resin layers of coloring resins formed by using a composite particle coloring material which is previously fused with coloring materials particles on the surfaces of polymer particles. CONSTITUTION:The patterned coloring resin layers are formed of the resins formed by using the composite particle coloring material which is previously fused with the coloring material particles on the surfaces of the polymer particles. The resins and polymer particles for forming the coloring resin layers possessed by the color filters can be selected as desired from polyvinyl alcohol, polyimide, polyamide imide, etc., by taking the dispersibility into consideration. The form of extremely good dispersibility is thereby obtd. in case of dispersing the coloring materials into the resins. The color filters which are good not only in color characteristics but also the uniformity, etc., of the film and has less defects are thus obtd.</p> |
