<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the invasion of foreign matter into the title diaphragm unit without any damage to a diaphragm which is fixed to a rod member by dividing No.2 box into two vacant chambers with the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:No.2 box 17 which No.2 opening part 17b is formed within No.1 box 15, and No.2 box 17 is divided into two vacant chambers with a diaphragm 20 which is fixed to a rod member 18. Consequently, since the dia phragm 20 dose not touch the inner surface 17d of the box, the invasion of foreign matter into a diaphragm unit can be prevented without any damage to the diaphragm 20.</p> |
