摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve processing efficiency and hance enable a low power laser processing apparatus to process any workpiece by forming a conductive film of particular resistivity on the surface of an insulating bobbin and forming a spiral slit in the conductive film by laser processing. CONSTITUTION:An insulating bobbin 1 is yield by forming insulating resin such as polycarbonate and polyimide into a cylinder. On the surface of the insulating bobbin 1 a conductive film 2 comprising Fe, Ni, Cr and the like and having resistivity substantially 1.5 to ten times that of Cu is formed. The conductive film 2 includes slits 3 formed therein by laser processing, which serve as a coil wound spirally around the insulating bobbin 1. Lead terminals 2a, 2b are provided at starting and final ends of the coil by the conductive film 2. With such construction, optical energy of a laser beam absorbed by the conductive film 2 is converted into thermal energy at high efficiency. A coating at a location, which is irradiated with the laser beam, is quickly evaporated to form the slit.</p>
