PURPOSE:To aim at construction of the title ball bearing in a compact size and reduction of manhours by fitting an upper side member, an intermediate member and an lower side member to the bearing body and housing two no-load ball grooves in the recessed corner portion of the bearing body. CONSTITUTION:A bearing body 20 has an upper load ball groove 22a, a lower load ball groove 22b and a recessed corner portion 23 opposite to each groove. The upper side member 30 having a groove 31 for a change of direction for connecting the upper load ball groove 22a with the corner portion 15 arranged at both sides of the leg portion 21 of the bearing body 20. An intermediate member 50 is formed by J-letter-like grooves 51, 52 and ball holding grooves 54, 55 between the top ends thereof opposite to each other at the upper and lower sides. The intermediate member 50 is fitted thereto to make the corner portion 23 as an upper side no-load ball groove for forming an upper side circulating line. The lower side member 70 has a J-letter-like groove 71 and a ball holding groove 72 between the top ends thereof opposite to each other. The lower side member 70 is arranged at a lower side to form circulating line at the lower side of the ball between the lower side groove of the intermediate member 50. Thus, all parts are housed in the width of the bearing to be made in a compact size and working manhours are reduced. |
