In a process for cleaning dirty objects with a solution containing a washing or rinsing agent at a high temperature, the washing or rinsing solution passes after the washing or rinsing operation through a filter which removes grease and/or dirt from the washing or rinsing solution, and the filtered washing or rinsing solution with the washing or rinsing agent it contains is then stored for being used during further washing or rinsing operations. To implement the process with a washing or rinsing machine, filtering means (20), means (18) for guiding the used washing or rinsing solution from the washing or rinsing machine (10) through the filtering means (20), a reservoir (32) for storing the filtered washing or rinsing solution and means (36) for feeding the stored washing or rinsing solution to an inlet (12) of the washing or rinsing machine (10) during an ulterior washing or rinsing operation are disclosed. |
