PURPOSE:To eliminate a power transistor having large capacity and to perform reductions in size and cost by controlling the base current of a switching transistor by a control transistor, and turning ON, OFF a driving current. CONSTITUTION:A driving current controller has a switching circuit including switching transistors 12-18, and a base current source 28 of the transistors 12-18. The source 28 is controlled by a switching controller 20, and also controlled by a base current controller 30. Thus, the supply of a current to the transistors 12-18 can be controlled by the source 28 by predetermined ON/OFF signal from a control terminal 40. Accordingly, a transistor 26 for a limiter can be omitted. |
