Miniaturised electrical supply has a radio-active beta-radiation source, a collecting electrode for collecting the radiation and output electrodes formed by the collecting electrode and a connection device attached to the radiation source. The radiation source comprises tritium, chemically bound to a stable compound of which there is one layer one one surface of the carrier and the space between the radiation source. The collecting electrode conains a layer of a solid dielectric of such thickness and density that the beta-radiation, with an energy of maximum 18 ke V is let through. It is used for the electric insulation of the radiation source of the collecting electrode.
