PURPOSE:To uniform the degree of photosetting and enhance the dimension accuracy by moving forward and backward a movable mirror while an arm is pivoted, reflecting a light flux from a central mirror by means of the movable mirror and directing the same on the irradiating surface of a photosetting fluid substance. CONSTITUTION:A table 20 is positioned slightly lower than a liquid level 12, and a light flux 14 is scanned in accordance with a horizontal section of a space shape material. Said scanning is carried out by revolving a computer- controlled arm 13 and moving a mirror 15 forward and backward. As the distance between a lens 16 and the liquid level 12 is constant, a light flux 21 is all the time drawn completely same and directed onto the liquid level 12. The light flux 21 is directed to the whole of one horizontal section of the space shape material, and then the table 20 is lowered slightly and light is directed after non-photoset photosetting fluid substance is flowed onto a photoset material. The photoset material of specified shape is manufactured by repeating said procedures. As the light flux 21 is drawn, a solid having uniform degree of photosetting and of specified shape with good dimension accuracy is manufactured. |
