PURPOSE:Not only to prevent a mark inscribed on a ceramic board from disappearing even if the board is abraded but also enable the automatic inscription and recognition of the mark by a method wherein holes representing the mark are previously bored in a ceramic protective layer and conductor paste is applied to fill the holes and then a surface layer is abraded to display the mark after the calcination and the lamination of a board are finished. CONSTITUTION:Holes 5a representing a mark 5 are previously bored in a ceramic protective layer 2a. Conductor paste is applied to fill the holes 5a and a surface layer 2 is surface-abraded to display the mark 5 after the calcination and the lamination of a board. As mentioned above, the holes 5a have a certain depth, so that they do not disappear even if the surface is abraded, and the holes 5a can be automatically and accurately bored to represent a prescribed shape at a specific position through an automatic numerically controlled drilling machine or a punching machine as compared with a hand- inscription, and the mark 5 composed of holes 5a can be automatically recognized. |
