1. Axially divided intermediate ring or blade ring for the lower blade shaft in longitudinal cutting machines, in which the surfaces of the planes of separation perpendicular to the end faces of the ring are congruent with one another and are spark-eroded from a solid ring to produce a meander shape, so that the central radial portion of the separating surface is removed over part of its radial extent, and between the central radial surface portions of the two separating points of each ring which is made up of two ring segments (1, 2), there is fixed a spacer element (10) which bridges the erosion gap in the circumferential direction, characterised in that the separating points each have a radial locating pin (5) passing through them and the ring (1, 2) has at least one element (3) known per se to prevent rotation relative to the lower blade shaft. |
