<p>PURPOSE:To make measures against any operational failure precisely performance, in control over an automatic warehousing system, by making all causes so as to be retrieved and displayed on the basis of stored materialized conditions and rule groups to an inquiry from a terminal in regard to such a reason that work assignment has not determined so far. CONSTITUTION:A work command decision processing program 1 determines a work command for the equipment on the basis of a state table 6 and a rule group table 7, and performs conditional judgments, say, 'IF' one by one and the result (success or failure) is set to a materialized condition storage table 8. If there is an inquiry input process 13 of a reason that the work command has not been determined from a terminal 12 as to a specified work command, it traces the rule reversely and takes out the cause by a cause diagnostic process 14 on the basis of the materialized condition storage table 8 and the rule group table 7. The result is displayed on a cathode-ray tube 16 with the Japanese language. With this constitution, studies and measures against the operational failure are made so precisely, so that the improvement in efficiency is thus promoted.</p> |
