PURPOSE:To improve a level shifting circuit temperature characteristic by comparing the in-phase output voltage and the reference voltage of the level shifting circuit of a differential signal with an error amplifier and controlling so as to make the in-phase output voltage equal to the reference voltage in accordance with the compared result. CONSTITUTION:The title circuit provides resistances R5 and R6 to obtain the in-phase output voltage of a level shifting circuit and an error amplifier 4 in which an output is connected to the base of a transistor Q5. When the resistances R5 and R6 are made into the same resistance value, the voltage of the connecting point of the resistances R5 and R6 is equal to the in-phase output voltage of a level shifting circuit. The error amplifier 4 is controlled so as to make the in-phase output voltage equal to the inversion input terminal voltage of the error amplifier 4. Thus, by temperature-compensating a reference voltage source 3, the level shifting circuit with a satisfactory temperature characteristic is obtained. |
