<p>A strip-type tag label with or without tear-off part comprises a paper strip and silicon paper covering the adhesive coating of the paper. To prevent the strip-type tag label from sticking to the suitcase handle when it is put on and also to keep the silicon paper from sliding during the printing process, a layer of lacquer (8) covering parts of the adhesive layer (6) is provided between said adhesive layer and the silicon paper (14). The layer of lacquer (8) is thin enough for the adhesive from the adhesive layer (6) to penetrate it in small quantities, thus making the lacquer surface slightly adhesive for the silicon paper (14). A device for producing the strip-type tag label comprises a feeding roller for a paper web, a feeding roller for a silicon paper web, a laminating device and a take-up roller for the laminated tag labels.</p> |
