A disk wheel locking device to be mounted on an axle hub comprises a 1st. cylindrical protrusion (101) which a locking member (20) with a spring (21) is received in its recess (102), 2nd. and 3rd disk-shaped protrusions (103,104), a base disk plate (10) having a 4th. disk- shaped protrusion (107) on which a sectorshaped step (105) is formed, a rotatable disk plate (30) mounted on the 2nd. protrusion in such a manner that a joint pin (401) of a locking lever (40) is received in its recess (303), a rotating member (60) controlled by the locking member, and a case (50) fixed onto the 3rd. protrusion by screws.
