<p>PURPOSE:To quickly monitor a control system by performing data latching when abnormality occurs while an object to be controlled is in a stable state and a large control amount is outputted and making the state of a servo system at the moment when the control amount exceeds a threshold traceable. CONSTITUTION:When an object to be controlled enters a stable operating stage, a referring data setting circuit 1 stores it and, at the same time, sets a threshold corresponding to a stable operating state in a register 2. If the control amount given to the object to be controlled exceeds the threshold due to occurrence of abnormality, etc., after the object enters the stable operating state, a magnitude comparator 3 detects it and a gate circuit 6 outputs a state transition inhibit signals INH in accordance with the storage of a referring data setting circuit 9 and the detection of the comparator 3. When the signal INH is outputted, data latching is executed in the short time of the operating time of the comparator and gate circuit during the period from the moment when the control amount exceeds the threshold to the moment when the signal INH is outputted.</p> |
