Oil-lubricating system for the bearing arrangement of a shaft journal (31) in a rotating shaft (2), in particular a journal bearing (1) for a main shaft (3) in a gearing, in which system the lubricating oil is supplied, as a priority, radially inwards on one side (11) of the journal bearing (1) and is discharged radially outwards on the other side (12) via an annular duct (8) resulting between the two shafts. Arranged in the annular duct, which acts as outlet duct (8) of the lubricating oil, is a rubber-elastic seal (4) which, during operation, is opened by the centrifugal force or by the pressure of the lubricating oil and closes the outlet duct (8) only when the gearing is at a standstill. The rubber-elastic seal (4) can be fixed via an element (44) in or on the gearing input shaft (2), especially if the sealing lip (41) is to be opened by centrifugal force. It can, however, also be fixed to the gearing main shaft (3) if, as a priority, the sealing lip is to be opened by the pressure of the lubricating and cooling oil issuing from the journal bearing (1). <IMAGE>
