An adhesive cement composition M) obtained by reacting A) a polymeric compound containing at least one -SH terminal group with B) a mixture containing alpha ) sodium perborate, advantageously sodium perborate monohydrate and/or sodium perborate tetrahydrate, having a mean particle size of up to 0.5 mm and preferably of about 0.06 mm, beta ) zinc oxide having a mean particle size of up to 0.5 mm and preferably of about 0.06 mm, and gamma ) a long-chain polymeric epoxy compound, preferably a long-chain polymeric aliphatic epoxy compound, where the polymeric epoxy compound has a viscosity in the range from 2000 to 4000 mPa.s and an epoxy equivalent weight of 400-500, and C) a catalyst K) containing an amino group, preferably a tertiary amino group. The adhesive cement composition M) can be used for the construction industry.
