AUTOMATIC REGULATING POWERFACTOR

摘要

The circuit for controlling the power factor detects the reactive power of the load to turn on/off the power factor compensation capacitor according to the detected reactive power. The circuit uses a 16-bit single chip microprocessor calculating the mean value from the peak power factor detected by a sensor, and a sequence control circuit to switch on/off the capacitor bank sequentially with the output of the microprocessor.
