<p>An atomic absorption spectrometer comprises an atomization device (190), a source of linear light (16), an optical system (22, 28..) for generating a measuring light beam (18), and a photoelectric detector (38), which are arranged in a housing (10). Said housing forms a test sample chamber (12) accessible from the outside, through which the measuring light beam (18) passes, and in which various atomization devices can be inserted as desired. The atomization device (190) is assembled with its specific components (104, 124, 126) into an insertable module (100) in which and with respect to which the atomization device (190), in the form of a graphite oven, occupies a defined position. In turn, the insertable module (100) can be inserted into a defined position in the test sample chamber (12) so as to produce a fully operational atomic absorption spectrometer.</p> |
