Process for preparing a catalyst for flue gas purification
摘要
The invention relates to a process for preparing a catalyst of carbon-containing material for removing nitrogen oxides from the flue gas. The object of the invention is to provide a cost-effective catalyst which has a long useful life. This object is achieved by the carbon-containing material first being demineralised by treatment with acids and then being subjected to a further treatment by cleaning, drying and/or optionally a thermal treatment. The carbon-containing material used is lignite which, if required, is subjected to a shaping (moulding) and coking process. An alternative carbon-containing material used is non-demineralised lignite coke which is demineralised according to the invention. A particularly suitable carbon-containing material is hearth-furnace coke from lignite.
