<p>PURPOSE:To provide a one-pack printing ink binder having excellent adhesion to various plastic films, boiling resistance, etc., by incorporating thereinto a polyurethane resin having specific groups. CONSTITUTION:A polyurethane resin having groups of the formula (wherein A is H or CH3), i.e., aziridinyl and/or 2-methylaziridinyl groups, are used to prepare a printing ink binder contg. the same. It is most pref. that the polyurethane resin contain 1.0X10<-6>-1.0X10<-3> gram equivalent of the groups of the above-mentioned formula per g of the solids of the resin. The printing ink binder can be used to prepare a one-pack printing ink having not only an excellent adhesion to various plastic films to be printed, such as polyester, nylon, PE and PP films, but also an excellent boiling resistance.</p> |
