PURPOSE:To prevent internal shortcircuiting under specific load resistance by adding Pb into a gel-like alkaline electrolyte in specified mix proportion with respect to Zn alloy powder. CONSTITUTION:Pb is added into a gel-like alkaline electrolyte in a mix proportion of 5-50ppm with respect to Zn alloy powder. Accordingly the Pb or Pb ions existing in the perimeter of the Zn alloy powder hinders eduction of peculiar discharge products to eliminate internal shortcircuiting phenomenon because of its crystals. Thus drop of the discharging property under specific load resistance will go out because of use of a gel-like Zn neg. electrode with minute amount of Pb added. |
