The invention relates to a drive arrangement for a motor vehicle with a flywheel which is arranged between an internal combustion engine and a gearbox and is connected to the gearbox by a start-up and gear-change clutch (24) and to the internal combustion engine by a separating clutch (25), and with a respective actuating device for each of the clutches (24 and 25) consisting essentially of a force-generating device (1) and a force-transmission element (2), the force-transmission elements (7 and 8) being arranged concentrically one inside the other in a hollow shaft (9) of the gearbox and being connected at one end to the mutually concentric clutches (24 and 25) and at the other end to the respective force-generating device (1). The invention provides an actuating system which is easy to install overall and, particularly with regard to motor vehicles with a transverse gearbox, has as small an overall length as possible, by virtue of the fact that each force-transmission element (7, 8) is designed as a push rod and by virtue of the fact that due to the special arrangement of the force-transmission elements (7 and 8) when one of the two clutches (24 or 25) is actuated, the associated force-transmission element (7 or 8) is supported by the other force-transmission element (8 or 7) to prevent it from buckling.
