PURPOSE:To contrive to prevent the bridging part on a weakened line from breaking without developing strained drawing by a method wherein a molded container cap is released from a first molding means when a second and a third molding means are respectively under specified states. CONSTITUTION:A second mold assembly 104, which cooperates with a first mold assembly 102, consists of a first molding means 138, which determines the inner surfaces of a top face wall 4 and of a skirt wall 6, a second molding means 140, which determines the free edge face of the pilferproof skirt part 16 of the skirt wall 6, and a third molding means 142, which has a split structure consisting of at least three radially and outward openable pieces and determines the annular shoulder surface 30 and the outer peripheral surface below the shoulder surface of the skirt wall. And the first molding means is released from the molded container cap under the state that the second molding means does not be released from the free edge face of the pilferproof skirt part of the molded container cap 2 and the pieces of the third molding means are opened so as to separate from the outer peripheral surface of the pilferproof skirt part and at the same time brought into partial contact with the annular shoulder part. |
