PURPOSE:To reduce the defects of a preformat pattern formed on the surface by molding resin in use of a resin molding pattern having a recessive and protrusive pattern surface wherein the protrusions and/or recessions of the recessive and protrusive pattern surface are formed with a ferromagnetic material, and applying a magnetic field upon separating from the die. CONSTITUTION:A pattern group 5 for transcribing the recessions and protrusions of a guide groove and preformat on a substrate comprises a Ni ferromagnetic material. The cast molding unit is fabricated in such a manner that the specular die 2 of a metallic plate polished to be a specular surface in its surface which comes into contact with the cast molding resin is provided oppositely on the case molding die 1 of the group 5 via a spacer 3. After pouring liquid polymer 4, it is hardened by heating, and upon separating the substrate for an information recording media from the die, a coil 7 is applied with an electric current and a variable magnetic field is applied to the ferromagnetic material, so that the guide groove of the substrate and the protrusion for the preformat are inductively heated by the magnetic field, and since the hardened resin in the region thereabout is heated up to approximate 100 deg.C and then may be elastic, it absorbs the stress applied during die separation and the defects of preformat pattern to be transformed becomes hard to occur. |
