摘要 PURPOSE:To detect the speed of a moving body not by means of the ultrasonic Doppler method, to execute a correct measurement at a low speed, and to detect the speed in a direction orthogonal to an ultrasonic beam by seeing the moving body in a microscopic way, grasping it as an aggregation of micro-scatters, and detecting the fluctuation of an echo signal amplitude which appears as the interference result of scattered waves from the micro-scatters.
